Son 3 yıldır ülkemizde kullanım alanı oldukça artan personel yükseltici platformları, gelişmekte olan her pazarda olduğu gibi beraberinde gelen sorunlar ve çözüm arayışları ile birlikte büyüyor. Bu sektörün önde gelen firmalarından Fatih Vinç; geniş makine parkı, çalışma prensipleri ve sunduğu hizmet çeşitliliği ile pazardaki yeni oyunculara örnek teşkil etmekte. Sizce pazarın gelişimi nasıl seyrediyor?

Personel yükseltme platformları hızlı büyüyen bir sektör haline geldi ve halen pazarda makine eksiğinin olduğunu görüyoruz. Mevzuatlar daha sıkı devreye alındı, iş güvenliğinin önemi ortaya çıktı ve daha çok tedbirler alındı. Günümüzde Türkiye’de platform doluluk oranı %40 civarında. Ülke genelindeki organize sanayi bölgeleri, 5 bin civarı fabrika ve çeşitli projeleri göz önüne alırsak en az 15 bin platform çalışabilecek potansiyel olduğunu görüyoruz. Kaldı ki 5 bin fabrika içerisinde 500 kadarı bu platformları kullanıyordur. Avrupa pazarından bir örnekle kıyaslamak gerekirse 15 milyon nüfuslu Hollanda’da 50 bin platform varken 85 milyon nüfuslu ülkemizde 7-10 bin arası mevcut. Buradan da nasıl bir potansiyele sahip olduğumuzu tekrar anlayabiliriz.

Hızla büyüyen personel yükseltici platform pazarında handikaplar neler?

Döviz dalgalanmalarının ve ani yükselmelerin yaşandığı bir ekonomik coğrafyada, Türk lirası ile çalışılmasını bir handikap olarak görüyorum. Bakıldığında 30 ayda kendini amorti eden sistem, 60 ayda amorti etmeye başlıyor. Örneğin makaslı platformların yıllık %80 dolulukla çalıştığını düşünelim. Bu ürünlerin akü ve lastik bakımlarına yıllık 1.500 TL ödenirken, dolar ve euro artışı sebebiyle 3.500 TL ödenir hale geldi. Ya da aynı makine ve aynı çalışma ile geçen ay leasing borcuna 250 bin öderken bu ay 270 bin ödeniyor. Neticede fiyatlandırmada döviz ile çalışmaya geçtiğimiz an pazar daha da gelişecektir.

Ayrıca güvenlik konusunda da revize edilmesi gereken ölçüler var. Bizde yer alan 3 metreden sonraki platform mecburiyeti kuralını sıfıra indirmek istiyoruz. Çünkü 2 metreden bile düşüp ölenler, yaralananlar olabiliyor.

Bu işin sürdürülebilir olması için neler gerekiyor? 

Platformların ömrü Avrupa’da 8-10 yıl civarındadır. Makineyi kullanan kullanıcı da kiraya veren de daha bilinçlidir. Türkiye’de ise platform ömrü ortalama 6 yıl. Kullanıcı, aldığı ekipmanın parasını 3 yılda çıkarırsa iyi bir iş çıkardığını sayıyor. Yine ekonomik olması maksadıyla dizel kullanılması gereken yerde akülü alınarak kapasitesinin dışında kullanım yapılıyor ve makinenin ekonomik ömründen de çalınmış olunuyor. Özellikle büyük firmalar, örnek teşkil etmesi bakımından daha dikkatli olmalılar.

Yine sürdürülebilirlik açısından yaptığımız çalışmalar arasında, sektörün çatı derneği olan Platformder altında maliyet analizi hesaplamaları yapıyor ve üyelerimize bilgi aktarımında bulunuyoruz. İleriki dönemlerde bu konularda çeşitli zirveler ve çalıştaylar düzenleyeceğiz. “Bir platform kendini ne kadar sürede amorti ederse bu iş daha kârlı olur?” sorusunun cevabını hesapladık. Bu hesap üzerinden de herkes kendi bireysel hesabını yapacaktır.

Her 50 makinede bir servis ve idari personel eklendiği zaman daha bilinçli operasyonlar gerçekleşir. Ayrıca arızaların yüzde 70’inin kullanıcı kaynaklı olduğunu görüyoruz. Kiralama firmaları müşteriyi kaybetmeme pahasına kullanıcı kaynaklı hataları fatura etmiyorlar. Dengesiz rekabeti artıran diğer bir unsur da budur. Büyük çaplı kiralama firmaları arasında, müşteriyi kaybetme pahasına da olsa en çok biz servis faturası kesiyoruz. Fakat bilinenin aksine bu uygulama müşteriyi korur. Müşterimiz kiraladığı platformları ekibindeki kullanıcılarına zimmetlerse, daha dikkatli kullanımlar olacaktır. Örneğin biz şantiyelere 10’un üzerinde platform kiralandığı zaman bir makine formeni veya bir personel görevlendirmelerini öneriyoruz.

Sizce ikinci el pazarı ne zaman gelişecek?

Yeni bir pazar olan personel yükseltme platformlarında ikinci el geçişleri de yeni başladı. 2018 yılı itibariyle ikinci elde büyümenin artacağını düşünüyorum. Özellikle makineler 8-10 yaşına geldiklerinde ömrünü yitirmeye başlayacak ve ikinci el pazarı yavaş yavaş aşağı düşerek daha da hareketlenecektir. Biz de Fatih Vinç olarak ikinci ele çıkardığımız makinelerimizi komple revizyona sokuyor, müşterilerimize sıfır gibi veriyoruz. En az bir sene sorunsuz kullanabilecek halde sunuyoruz.

2017’nin başında 1.000 makine hedefiniz vardı. Bu hedefe ulaşmanızı sağlayacak gelişmeler oldu mu?

Biz her yıl hedeflerimizi revize ederek artırırız ve bu yıl için koyduğumuz 1.000 makine hedefimize çok az kaldı. Şu anda 950 adet makinemiz bulunuyor. Arada ikinci el olarak sattıklarımız olduğu için bu rakam sık sık değişebilir. Ayrıca biz %90 oranında bir dolulukla çalışıyoruz. Bu oran, geriye kalan kısmımın şubelerimizde yatıyor olduğu anlamına gelmiyor. Kalan yüzde 10’luk makinelerin yarısı servis-bakım operasyonlarındadır. Dolayısıyla en az 20 adet kiralamaya hazır makinemiz bulunuyor ve bu sebeple ara ara yüksek alımlar gerçekleştirerek sayımızı artırıyoruz.

Yüksek adetli Snorkel alımlarımızın ardından son olarak 75 adet Dingli personel yükseltici platformları filomuza dahil ettik. Yeni Dingliler 20 adet 8 metre akülü makaslı, 20 adet 10 metre akülü makaslı ve 35 adet 12 metre akülü makaslıdan oluşuyor.

Yeni makine yatırımınızda neden Dingli’yi seçtiniz? 

Öncelikle Fatih Vinç olarak marka çeşitliliğine sahibiz ve yıllardır Dingli ile de çalışırız. Ayrıca Liftser isimli servis şirketimizin de getirdiği bir tecrübe sebebiyle her marka platformu tanımak, bilmek durumundayız. Türkiye çapında 6 şubemizde Liftser’in personelleri var. Bu personeller, kendi makinelerimiz hariç başka kiralama firmalarının 1.000 civarındaki makinesine servis hizmeti veriyorlar. Totalde 10 ayrı markanın ürünlerini filomuzda barındırıyoruz. Dingli markasına ait 300’ün üzerinde makineye sahibiz. Bugün, 2011 yılında makine parkımıza kattığımız Dingliler sorunsuz bir şekilde çalışmalarına devam ediyor. Ekonomik ömürleri ve verimliliği noktasında hiçbir problem yaşamıyoruz. Dingli, Çinli olmasına rağmen Avrupa ayarında üretim yapan bir marka. Döviz kurlarında yaşanan artışlar sebebiyle Dingli alımında ayrıca bir avantaj da yaşamış olduk.

İstanbul’a yaptığınız yeni servis yatırımınızdan bahseder misiniz?

Merkezimizin de bulunduğu Orhanlı’dan Avrupa yakasına da hizmet veriyorduk. Üçüncü köprünün devreye alınması ve ikinci köprünün kamyonlara kapanmasının ardından sevkiyat yolumuz uzadı. Zaman kayıpları ve sevkiyatta problemler yaşamamak için Avrupa yakasında Başakşehir’de 4,5 dönümlük bir arazi kiraladık. Sekizinci lokasyonumuz olarak bölgeyi devreye alıp Avrupa yakasındaki müşterilerimize daha hızlı ve verimli hizmet vereceğiz. Bölgede, önümüzdeki 5 ay içerisinde 5 kişilik bir ekip istihdam edilmiş olacak.

Yüksek adetli Makine Parkını herşeyden önce bir sistem ve takip düzeni ile sürekli kontrol altında bulunduruyoruz. Bununla birlikte müşterinin cari bilgilerini eksiksiz şekilde sisteme kaydederek müşteri portföyümüzü oluşturuyoruz.

Tüm Makinelerin kiralamalarını teklif, sözleşme ve teslim tutanaklarıyla bağlantılı olarak takip ediliyor. Bu evrakların müşterinin resmî yetkileri tarafından imzalanması ve imza sürküleriyle eşleştirerek doğruluğunun kontrolleri yapılıyor.

Bu sıkı takip ve kontrol sisteminin yanında Makine taleplerinde seçici davranmak zorunda kalıyoruz. Makinelerimiz kaybolması yada çalışması durumlarında resmî kurumlarda daha caydırıcı yaptırımlar talep ediyoruz.

Uzmanlift / Snorkel / Teslimatı sırasında, önemli açıklamalarda bulunan Kenan Aydın, firmasının büyüme ve gelişmesini sektörün ve projelerin aldığı yol ve teslimatı yapılan 35 adet Snorkel Marka bir adet Dino Lift Makineleri hakkında bilgi verdi.

Uzmanlar Platformun kuruluşu olan, Türkiye ve Türk Cumhuriyetlerinin distribütörü Uzman Liftt’in Snorkel Markası getirdiği, Snorkel & Dino Lift teslimatı Fatih Vinç Merkez’de gerçekleşti. 35 adet Snorkel + 1 adet Dino Lift (Paletli) Dizel, Eklemli, Akülü Platformlarını makine parkına kattıklarını belirten Fatih Vinç Platform YKB Başkanı Kenan Aydın, Snorkel bir Dünya Markası. Türkiye de çok eski (Up Right) olarak vardı, Makineler sağlam ve Makine parkımızda iki adet bulunmaktaydı.
